DXN's founder, Dr. Lim Siow Jin was conferred a Doctorate in Philosophy (Alternative Medicines) by the Indian Board of Alternative Medicines. With this award, DXN`s diligence in pursuing the research and development of Lingzhi was acknowledged.

DXN started its operations in Thailand.1999
Became the first Malaysian multi-level marketing (MLM) company to
receive the coveted Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)
certification from the Ministry of Health, Australia.
Became the first Malaysian Lingzhi factory to receive ISO 9001 certification.
Malaysian Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, visited
DXN`s Lingzhi farm and factory. He commended DXN for contributing
towards the concept of promoting Malaysian products.
Became the first Malaysian company to produce high vitality spirulina, which yields increasing demand in the market.DXN entered the Philippines market.
2000
- First Malaysian Lingzhi farm to receive ISO 14001 certification.- DCN Network Sdn. Bhd. (a company with 18 years of MLM expertise) joined DXN.
- Started its operations in Australia, India, New Zealand and Laos.
2001
Became among the first batch of Malaysian companies to receive a
three-year consecutive Network Marketing licence. This demonstrated the
stability and operations of the company as recognized by the Malaysian
authorities.
Built a new factory costing millions of Ringgit to cope with local
and international demand. This brought total investments in both
factories and farm to exceed RM40 million.
Our founder, Dato' Dr. Lim Siow Jin received the BKM Award from the
Sultan of Kedah. Also received Top-10 outstanding Chinese Youth Award
from the Youth Association of Kedah.
Achieved vision 2002. Now we have penetrated into 25 countries, with
monthly sales exceeding RM60 million and more than 2 million
distributors worldwide.
Entered the markets in Cyprus, South Africa, USA, Taiwan, Switzerland, Dubai, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka .
2002
DXN's founder, CEO Dato' Dr. Lim Siow Jin won three international
awards - Doctorate in Science (Alternative Medicines), Millennium
Award, and Albert Schweitzer Award.
Dato' Dr. Lim received DSM Award from the Yang Dipertua Negeri
Melaka during an investiture ceremony in conjunction with the latter's
77th birthday.
In the same year, Dato' Dr. Lim was named as Physician of the New
Millennium by the Canada Alternative Medicines Research Institute.
He also received the Certificate of Appointment as Senior Visiting
Professor (Natural Healing & Ganotherapy) from the Open
International University for Alternative Medicines and Certificate of
Fellowship from the World Health, Environment and Peace Foundation.
2003
DXN started its operations in Mexico, Canada, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Oman.DXN Holdings Bhd. was successfully listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia on 30 September 2003. This marked a significant milestone in the long development of DXN.
Established in 1993, DXN entered its 10th year of operations. More than 2,000 local and foreign distributors participated in its 10th Anniversary and Aidilfitri Celebrations on 6 December 2003 to witness the company's glorious and significant achievements in the past 10 years.

DXN acquired a 100% stake in Reach Star Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. and Reach Star Cash & Carry Sdn. Bhd. on 6 February 2004.
Minister of Human Resources, Datuk Wira Dr. Fong Chan Onn visited DXN Farm and Factory on 7 November 2004.
DXN celebrated its 11th Annual Anniversary on 4 December 2004 at the
DXN Farm and Factory. Over 2,000 DXN business partners participated in
the celebration.
2004
DXN started its operations in Jordan, Puerto Rico and Nepal.2005
DXN Holdings Bhd. won the 3rd Asia Pacific International Honesty
Enterprise - Keris Award 2004 on 16 January 2005. Companies with good
industry credibility were selected as winners and commended for its
vision and mission, innovation and strategies, human and resources
management, operation efficiency, and products.
DXN Holdings Bhd.`s subsidiary, PT Daxen Indonesia became an official
member of APSKI (Asosiasi Pengusaha Suplemen Kesehatan Indonesia) in
January 2005. This membership has indeed further consolidated DXN`s
position in the international corporate arena.
DXN International Private Limited (Philippines) was chosen as the
"Most Outstanding Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Company" by the Awards and
Recognition Association of the Philippines and BIZ Business Today
Magazine during the "2004 Buyer's Choice Awards" ceremonies.
DXN International Private Limited (Philippines) was recognized as the
"Top Innovative Marketing Company of the Year" conferred by the
Year-ender Excellence Awards Committee and the National Consumer Affairs
Foundation of the Philippines during the "2004 Year-Ender Excellence

The Philippines Business Profiles & Perspectives, Inc.
(PBPPI) listed DXN International Private Limited (Philippines) as one of
the Top 7,000 Corporations in the Philippines for the fiscal year
2003-2004 whereas the company emerged as 812th based on the company's
gross revenues in year 2003. On a separate listing for the Top 5,000
Corporations in the Philippines of Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC), DXN International Private Limited (Philippines) was ranked 768th
based on the company`s gross revenues in year 2003.
DXN`s CEO, Dato' Dr. Lim Siow Jin was conferred the title Datuk Setia
Diraja Kedah (DSDK) award in conjunction with the 77th birthday of the
Sultan of Kedah, Sultan Abdul Halim Mu`adzam Shah.
DXN received a 10-year pioneer status incentive on Spirulina cultivation and processing.
2005
DXN started its operations in Qatar, Sudan and Yemen.2006
On 17 July 2006, the Laboratory Department of DXN Holdings Bhd.
received MS ISO/IEC 17025 Certificate of Accreditation for its technical
competence, defined scope and operation of a laboratory quality
management system.
From 26 October 2006 - 4 November 2006, DXN Marketing Sdn. Bhd. held
its first ever International Travel Seminar to Western Europe, to reward
outstanding DXN distributors who achieved exceptional status in their
business endeavor.
2006
DXN started its operations in Kuwait.2007
Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (MDEC) recognized
DXN Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of DXN Holdings Bhd., as a company
with the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status, thus entitled to the
benefits as stated in the MSC Bill of Guarantees.
DXN Holdings Bhd. again won the 5th Asia Pacific International
Honesty Enterprise - Keris Award 2006 on 17 January 2007. DXN was lauded
for its vision and mission, innovation and strategies, management of
human resources, operations efficiency, and research and technology for
production of quality products.
Dato' Dr. Lim Siow Jin, CEO received the 28th International Award for Technology and Quality, New Millennium Award trophy.
Mr. Arsenio Pardo Rodriguez, President of Editorial OFICE and General
Secretary of the Trade Leaders' Club, presented the Gold Badge "Global
Quality Management" to Dato' Dr. Lim Siow Jin, CEO of DXN Holdings Bhd.
DXN Kenya was officially launched in Nairobi, Kenya on 25th February 2007.

DXN Comfort Tours Sdn. Bhd., Alor Star Branch - one of the
subsidiaries of DXN Holdings Bhd.- officially launched and operated on
27th October 2007. With the concept "Your Best Choice with Excellent
Services", DXN Comfort aims to provide the locals with quality travel
services.
DXN re-organized its 2nd International Travel Seminar Incentive from
18th November 2007 to 23rd November 2007.
In this significant event, all outstanding DXN distributors from
different parts of the world, were rewarded with the opportunity to
board on the
prestigious Costa Serena for their successful business endeavor with DXN.
2008
DXN selected as the "MOST OUTSTANDING PARTICIPANT" in the First Direct Selling Festival (Middle East) held at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai from 17th to 18th May 2008.DXN officially launched its main stockist in Mongolia on 2nd July 2008 by setting up its first main stockist in Ulaanbaatar.
DXN's Director, Dato' Seri Tunku Abdul Hamid Thani Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah was conferred the Darjah Seri Setia Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah Yang Amat Dihormati (SHMS), which carries the title Dato' Seri DiRaja in conjunction with the Kedah Sultan's Golden Jubilee celebration.
DXN successfully set up a new branch in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The new branch was inaugurated by Mr. Hidayat Abdul Hamed of the Council General of Malaysia and Mr. Amran Bin Yem of the Trade Commissioner on 15th August 2008.
DXN again organized its 3rd International Travel Seminar in Geneva, Switzerland to reward its distributors for their strong commitment.
2009
DXN's Managing Director, Mr. Lim Boon Yee, JP, PJK, was conferred the title Setia DiRaja Kedah (SDK) award in conjunction with the 81st birthday of His Royal Highness Sultan of Kedah, Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah.DXN awarded the Direct Selling Award for Outstanding Management at the Direct Selling Festival (Middle East) held in Dubai in April 2009.

"Award of Excellence For Service To Humanity" by Peace Society Worldwide
for his exceptional contribution to the Society.
Dato' Dr. Lim Siow Jin, CEO of DXN Holdings Bhd. was presented with
the Award of the honoris causa Degree of Academic Fellow with rank of
Professor from Academie Scientifique Internationale vie Univers Nature
of Toulouse France.

DXN was delisted on 27 December 2011 due to a take-over offer by the founder.

The Head of HSGE, Wang Haiyu and the founder of DXN Holdings Bhd., Dato' Dr. Lim Siow Jin, signed the agreement, witnessed by the representative from DXN Corporation (Ningxia) Co., Ltd., and General Manager Su Peng from Qingdao Rongsheng Microalgae Biotech Co., Ltd....
